First Year Favorites

So proud to have survived and thrived during my first year as a mom! Here are some of my favorites. (I wish I had registered for a lot of these things).

Stroller(s)

We have the Uppababy Vista V2 and the Nuna TRVL. Love them both! – I wanted at least two strollers; one for neighborhood strolls/all terrain and a smaller one for travel/city days. I did not believe the Uppababy hype at first. Initially we had the Evenflo Pivot (great stroller system) but I wanted something more aesthetic with bigger wheels for grass, gravel, etc. We are still getting used to the Nuna TRVL but we love the ease of the fold and that it is only 13lb.

Car Seat

We have the Nuna Pipa Lite LX. It is so pretty and only 6.9lbs. (We recently transitioned to the Evenflo Gold Revolve360). I am also thinking about getting the NunaRava (one for each car). Stay tuned.

Carrier / Wrap

We use this Baby Bjorn one all the time. I used the Solly Wrap a lot when she was a newborn and until she got too big for it.

Bouncer

We are still using this for H to sit and drink her bottles.

Baby Bath Tub:

We used this tub until the wheels fell off lol (tried to save our knees/backs).

Medical:

This snot sucker! It is gross but gets the job done.

Clothes

Our April baby lived in these spaghetti strapped onesies from H&M. This set, sun hat, and Jamie Kay playsuit were favs too.

For gymnastics class, she will typically wear these onesies and leggings or a cute set like this one or this one. I also loved a few fancier rompers and dresses from Rylee/Cru and NoraLee.

I love these pajamas from Target (inexpensive and warm). When it cooled down, she wore jackets and sets from H&M. For winter activities/walks she wore snowsuits like this one this one.

I recently placed some orders at Beaufort Bonnet Company, Banana Republic Factory and H&M (I will report back).

Play / Toys:

Skip Hop Activity Center : still using this one. Definitely worth it.

Kick & Play Piano Gym : it’s ugly but you will not regret it. The song will be stuck in your head lol.

Feeding

H loves this straw cup. We started with these spoons. The jury is still out on the plates but we love this bowl. We recently switched to the Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair (a little more on why here).

Travel:

Changing Pad: I bought this one for our first family trip. It’s nice, long and compact.

Portable Seat: we use this outside at home and whenever we travel.

Sleep:

Crib: Hudson – Babyletto

Baby Monitor:

We wanted a monitor separate from ours phones. This one is great. Travel Monitor.

Sound Machine:

We registered for the Hatch and use it every day. We also have two of these for travel.

Sleep Sacks:

We have one or two from Kyte Baby but the majority are these from Amazon.

Lastly: our favorite swaddles! She busted her way out of all the others lol.
