Stokke Tripp Trapp

We are loving this high chair. We had the Munchkin 360 and hated it. Harp was slouching, the footrest is not adjustable, and it has a huge footprint. While I spent too much time searching for a new one, we used the Upseat for meals/snacks. We also looked at this Graco one but I didn’t like the aesthetic. The Stokke will grow with her too so that also makes me feel better about the price.

Severn Inn – Annapolis, MD

We found another gem in Maryland. I plan to talk a lot about our favorite places in DC and MD. This place has easily moved up to the top of my favorites list. I loved the waterfront views, the sound of the waves hitting the sand, and the food/drinks. There’s an entrance to the beach for a little beach play or a sunset moment. We had the brisket grilled cheese and the cod. I also had the Pomegranate Cosmo (didn’t love the Fancy Lady cocktail though).

Tuscan Prime Italian Chophouse & Dolce Bar

Another one for Maryland. I recently had drinks, dessert, and a few appetizers here with a friend. This is also a great option for a family dinner or brunch. I enjoyed the “Roses are Red” cocktail, prime steak rolls, beignet wheel, and the milk/cookies. The service was great too. There is also a free parking lot right across the street. I plan to go back soon and try more food.

Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story (TV Mini Series 2023‑2023)

I enjoy *almost* everything Shonda Rhimes makes. So I knew this one would be no exception. If you watch Bridgerton then you know Queen Charlotte is everything. I know none of it is factually accurate and I do not care. The casting of Charlotte and “Just George” is pretty perfect. One of the best lines from the first episode: “Sorrows, sorrows. Prayers.”
